Obstetrics emergency such as mothers in labour. This would present with symptoms such as:

1.

Regular contractions occurring at a certain rate for example after every 20 minutes and that last for more than five seconds.

2.

Drainage of Liqour – fluid that is clear (or otherwise stained) that had a sudden gush or that requires pad changes

3.

Any onset of vaginal bleeding

4.

Reduction of movements as perceived by the mother (outside of the fetus normal pattern)



Any woman with a previous caesarean delivery with onset of any of the above

Any vaginal bleeding in pregnancy

Any sudden onset pain on the either iliac fossa associated with amenorrhea or known pregnancy

Any woman who has delivered at home (either normal or with complications to assess maternal and fetal well being and for necessary injections if need be)
